Sleep Out For the Homeless

Saturday, November 10 at 6:00 PM
6th-12th grade youth, and families of whatever make-up will be sleeping outdoors in boxes to raise awareness about needs in the areas of family support, food, housing and neighborhoods, education and youth, employment, and transportation in west suburban communities. Funds raised will help IOCP stabilize and strengthen nearly 2,000 struggling families. This is IOCP’s most important annual fundraiser and UUCM youth are dedicated to advocating for this fundraiser. Everyone can take part in some manner, by sleeping out, contributing or raising funds, or taking part in a family friendly Bedless Night Sleep Out.
