Interfaith Outreach: 1/20/19

Heartfelt thanks from Interfaith Outreach

The new year marks a brand new day for our neighbors. This was the biggest Sleep Out goal ever set at $2.4 million, And, because of you, the massive goal was met on Dec. 31! Together, we raised $2,472,000 to create homes and hope for nearly 2,000 local families all year long.

When we told you that 1 of every 5 families we worked with last year were experiencing the crisis of homelessness, you gave with all your heart to prevent it. Thank you for staying with us and giving generously – your financial support and commitment to the vision we share inspires us. Thank you!

Donate women’s clothing, handbags to Resale Select

Donations of new or gently used women’s clothing and handbags are needed to prepare for Resale Select’s Ladies Night event in February. This event is open to the public, and proceeds from the store all year long benefit families and kids at Interfaith Outreach. You can feel good knowing your donation helps your neighbors. Thanks for checking your closets and dropping off items Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Resale Select is located at 1605 County Road 101 N in Plymouth.

Give the gift of warmth to local families

As the weather has dipped way below freezing, we are especially in need of warm new and gently used outerwear – coats, parkas, snow pants, scarves, hats, gloves, mittens and boots. Please donate to Resale Select to help families through these cold months. Women’s and men’s 2XL-4XL coats especially needed. Program participants have access to the coats you donate free of charge through Resale Select. Please go through your closets, spread the word to co-workers and friends, and bring your donations to Resale Select at 1605 County Road 101 N in Plymouth. Donations are accepted Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thank you!
