I appreciate your “lack of patience” confession. I, too, don’t possess as much patience as I wish I had. And yet, what choice do I have but to wait until the facts are known/revealed? I’m working to live in this space with as much equanimity (or at least minimized anxiety) as I can embrace. Thank you for the reminder that we can move through whatever may come, together.
