Committee members spent time getting educated about commercial recycling and composting and demonstrating for environment protection. A group of 12 toured the Shakopee Mdewankanan Sioux Community Compost facility, more than 20 toured the Eureka Recycling facility in Minneapolis and several attended the gathering to support closure of HERC.
