• The web site has the latest auction information and the catalog of silent and live auction items. It is also where you will make your silent auction bids.

Bid in the Online Auction From October 27 at Noon to November 5 at 5:00 p.m.

• Visit the auction web site and click on the “Online Auction” link. Before you can bid on the online items, you will need to complete a one-time registration (using the “Online Registration” link at the site).
• Online auction bidding will happen at the auction web site or on the mobile app (available to registered bidders at https://charityauction.bid/mobile).
• Detailed bidding instructions are available on the auction web site under “Help Documents.”
• All auction items include free delivery to your home (in the Twin Cities).  Payment by check or credit card will be arranged after the auction.

Attend the Live and Silent Auction at church on Saturday, November 4 at 5:30 p.m.

• The live event is much more than an auction! Enjoy live music and be entertained by Auctioneer Marc Doepner-Hove. 
• Free food and beverages will be served, and childcare is available.
• Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the Silent Auction. Live program starts at 6:30 p.m.
• Come as you are or dress up in your favorite Gatsby-inspired Roaring 20’s outfit.
• You may also participate in the live auction via Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared via the UUCM Friday Update on November 3 and will be posted on the auction web site prior to the event. 

Get Familiar with the three types of Auction Items: Online, Silent, and Live. Bidding is different for each.

• Online Auction Items: Bidding occurs on the website.
  • Available online from October 27 at Noon until November 5. 
  • You will need to register for the auction to bid on these items. If you have not registered, please use the “Online Registration” link at the website.

• Silent Auction Items:  In-person bidding at church on November 4.
  • All bidding is in-person using paper bid sheets. No online bidding.
  • Items are listed in the online catalog, with “Silent Auction” in the item title.

• Live Auction Items:  Live bidding on November 4, 6:30 p.m., in-person or via Zoom.
  • Items are listed in the online catalog, with “Live Auction” in the item title.
  • Zoom details will be available on November 4. Live auction bidding will require you to turn on your video in Zoom.
