Starting Soon: Online Giving through Breeze

Online giving continues to grow, and UUCM has been seeking to improve that experience. So, we are pleased to introduce the new Breeze online giving platform, which will roll out in the month of April. You may already be familiar with Breeze if you recently set up an account within Breeze to manage your information.

You will see several improvements with the new platform:

  1. A simpler and more modern interface for entering your gifts on the web.
  1. An option to donate by text. For example, you will be able to send a text message like “15 socialgen” to make a $15 donation to Social Generosity.
  1. The ability to manage your contributions within your Breeze account if you have one. You can save payment information and see all your contributions to UUCM.
  1. Access to online giving from the Breeze app.

You can read more about using Breeze Giving at http://bit.ly/brzgiveinfo. Note that you do not need to activate your Breeze account to make gifts through the web site or by text message. However, there are additional features available from within your account.

If you are a user of the current Vanco online giving page, please read the following:

  1. At the end of March, we will close access to the current UUCM web page on Vanco. No new one-time or recurring gifts will be accepted there. Instead, these gifts will be accepted at the new Breeze web page (new links will be shared)
  1. If you currently have a recurring automatic payment, we want to move that payment to Breeze before the end of April. You will receive an email later in March with more details on how this change will happen. There will be an option for you to set up automatic payments from within your Breeze account. Or, you can have the UUCM Giving Team set it up for you.

We are excited about these positive changes for our online donors, and we will do all we can to make it a smooth transition. If you have any questions, please email the UUCM Giving Team at give@uucmtka.org. As always, thank you for your generous support of UUCM!
