UUCM Holiday Play: Watch In-Person or Online

UUCM’s annual holiday play returns Sunday, December 15 with A Twilight Zone Christmas. This year is the 20th year of our annual UUCM Holiday Play! Once again this year, it’s written and directed by our very own esteemed playwright, Jeffrey Hatcher. A Twilight Zone Christmas is a collection of comic one-acts parodying the classic Rod Serling TV series. More than 30 UUCM performers are playing Santas, martians, reindeer, robots, gremlins, Baby Jesus and William Shatner. The play features live music and 1960 quality video.

There are two performances at UUCM this year at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The 2 p.m. performance is also available to stream live on Zoom. Click here to watch the holiday play LIVE on Zoom at 2 p.m.

Every year the holiday play serves as a fundraiser for UUCM. All ticket sale proceeds will go to support UUCM’s mission to Connect, Grow, and Act. The play is always a laugh-out-loud celebration of the season and our community, and no one will be turned away for an inability to pay. A suggested donation is $15/ticket. Tickets will be on sale after the service this Sunday, December 8 and the day of the show after the service and at the door.

You can donate online by credit card at bit.ly/giveuucm. Please select Holiday Play Ticket Payment in the drop down menu. You can also send a donation by mail to the church at 2030 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN 55391. Please include Holiday Play in the memo.
