Please join us for a meet & greet with our newest North Wall Artist Patricia Sorenson on Sunday, February 23 after the service. Her show, “Looking for the Light,” celebrates the immediacy and luminosity of the medium of pastels. While Patricia comes from a family of creatives, she took a different path and became a registered nurse before exploring making art in the midst of the pandemic. Her work shows the delicate luminescence of light in the landscape.

UUCM is participating in the UUA’s 30 Days of Love. We are honored to share this week’s resources and practices. Week Three of Side With Love’s 30 Days of Love reminds us that honoring our connections to the elements—the air, the land, the water—transforms our communities. When we fully embrace water not just as a resource for life but as the source of life, we shift from extracting its power to tending to it with reverence. Visit Side With Love to view all this week’s 30 Days of Love resources, including ways to take action, activities for families and journaling practice.
