We are very pleased to share that Jill Braithwaite has accepted our offer to serve UUCM as a full-time Ministerial Intern next year.  She will join us on August 19, 2022.  Jill will be an active member of our excellent staff team, participating regularly in worship and collaborating with the Ministry teams to further our mission.

Rev. Lisa and the Board recently decided to pursue a full-time Ministerial Intern for the next church year following our successful Interim Ministry and a great start to our Developmental Ministry.  We believe that UUCM can offer a quality intern experience to help develop future ministers and leaders in the UUA.

Jill is working towards her Master of Divinity in Unitarian Universalist Studies at the United Theological Seminary in St. Paul, MN.  Prior to this she has had a career in editing and publishing children’s books.  She is a member at First Universalist Church in Minneapolis, where she has broad volunteer experience, including leadership in worship, adult religious education, strategic visioning, and serving on the Board of Trustees. We were impressed by her depth of experience and passion for ministry and congregational life.
